Fast Launch

Short build cycles so you can launch quickly and improve based on real feedback.

Built to Last

Security-minded builds, clean structure, and scalable foundations from day one.

Meet the Founders

Bityana Yishak – Co‑Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Bityana Yishak leads ETM Solutions with a focus on helping small and mid‑sized businesses get serious results from modern websites, apps and integrations — not just “pretty” designs. Before co‑founding ETM, she worked closely with local retailers, service companies and regional brands, seeing first‑hand how slow, expensive digital projects held owners back from growing.

As CEO, Bityana is responsible for overall strategy, client relationships and ensuring every project has a clear business outcome. She works directly with founders and managers to define offers, pricing and funnels, then partners with the technical team to turn those plans into reliable systems.

Day to day, Bityana is usually talking with customers, shaping new service packages and refining ETM’s processes so projects launch quickly, stay on budget and ship with a clean, launch-ready finish.

Tesfatsion “Tesfa” Desta – Co‑Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Tesfatsion “Tesfa” Desta brings a deep engineering and infrastructure background to ETM Solutions. Before co‑founding ETM, he worked in insurance technology and enterprise content management, building and maintaining high‑volume systems where reliability, security and compliance are non‑negotiable.

As CTO, Tesfa is responsible for the technical direction of the company — from the architecture behind ETM’s SaaS products to the cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipelines and integrations that connect ETM to customers’ existing tools. His focus is on creating platforms that are fast to launch but built to scale, so a small business getting online today can confidently grow into a much larger operation tomorrow.

When he’s not shipping features or designing new services, Tesfa is usually refining internal tools, experimenting with AI‑assisted workflows or helping business owners translate real‑world problems into pragmatic technical solutions.
